This agreement is a legal contract between you and SSRDOG VPN (referred to as the "Service Provider") regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile acceleration application (referred to as the "App").

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, rent, sell, decompile, reverse engineer, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization, and you may not remove trademark, copyright, or other rights notices. The App and related intellectual property belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will provide appropriate notice. You are responsible for securing your account, password, and device. Jailbreaking or rooting your device is not recommended and may cause app failures or security risks.

This Service integrates necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you may also be subject to those third-party terms and privacy rules.

Service availability depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by device arrears, data limits, local network failures, carrier policies, or regional network instability. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi. If roaming abroad, confirm billing permission and local rates before using the App.

Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. Access failures caused by low battery, system restrictions, incorrect configuration, or third-party platform policies are not covered by compensation. We work to maintain route information and client compatibility, but we do not guarantee that every third-party website, app, or region will be reachable at all times. The App may release updates for security and functionality, and you agree to install current versions when necessary. The Service Provider may terminate service as allowed by law and these Terms; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.

Software Non-Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SSRDOG VPN. Before purchase, review plan details, device compatibility, available routes, and trial benefits, and read the refund rules below carefully.

Non-refund policy: Digital services, software licenses, or plan entitlements are generally considered delivered once access begins. Unless mandatory law or a platform-specific promise says otherwise, refunds are usually not available.

Product evaluation: We recommend using the free version, demos, or trial benefits before purchase to confirm connection quality, client compatibility, and plan fit.

Customer support: If you encounter installation, login, node connection, or subscription sync issues, contact support first so we can troubleshoot and provide practical next steps.

Technical issues: Network fluctuations or third-party platform restrictions may occasionally affect experience. We will try to repair issues or provide alternative routes, but such issues do not automatically create a refund right.

Unauthorized use: If an account, license, or digital entitlement is shared, resold, abused, or used in violation of the Terms, we may refuse refunds and restrict related services.

Policy changes: We may update this refund policy due to business, compliance, or payment-channel requirements. Changes take effect after publication on the website or in the App.

By purchasing or continuing to use SSRDOG VPN, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
