This Privacy Policy explains how SSRDOG VPN (referred to as "this Service", "we", or "us") collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when providing the mobile application (referred to as the "App"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

When you download, install, or launch the App, we may collect necessary operational data, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device model, operating system version, in-app events, crash logs, and connection status. To recommend suitable routes, the App may process approximate regional information. This data is used for: 1. Connection services: recommending routes based on SSRDOG VPN node availability; 2. Performance improvement: analyzing network quality and failures through anonymized aggregate data; 3. Service notices: sending necessary security alerts, product updates, and account messages through your registered email or username.

We only share anonymous or aggregated data with trusted processors where necessary, such as Google Play Services and Firebase Crashlytics, for app distribution, crash analysis, and feature improvement. Except for the following circumstances, we do not disclose your personal information to third parties: 1. compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. protection of users, the public, or the legitimate interests of this Service; 3. cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations. If you stop using the App, you may uninstall it through your device system. After uninstallation, the App will not generate new local collection activity.

User account data is retained during the active service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account, delete personal data, or ask about data handling, contact the privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13. If we discover that such information was collected by mistake, we will delete it in a timely manner. Guardians may also contact us through the same email address.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time due to legal, product, or security requirements. Continued use of the App after updates are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
